About Michael A. Carter
Attorney Michael Carter has for over 12 years provided aggressive representation throughout Western Tennessee in the area of family law with a focus on complex contested divorce cases as well as cases involving custody and child support, alimony, post-divorce modification and juvenile court matters. In addition, Michael Carter devotes a substantial portion of his law practice to the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, criminal defense, civil litigation and appeals to the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court, having represented clients in numerous appeals in Tennessee's higher courts.
