Michael P. Sayne

Michael P. Sayne, associate in the Knoxville office, concentrates his practice in labor and employment. He also has significant experience in the areas of commercial and tort litigation, premises liability litigation, litigation stemming from contract disputes and construction litigation. Mr. Sayne has assisted clients as trial counsel in the preparation of jury and bench trial cases in state and federal courts of Tennessee as both lead and secondary counsel. In addition, Mr. Sayne has assisted clients with appeals to the appellate courts of Tennessee as both lead counsel and secondary counsel.
