About Paula Proctor Daniel
Before joining Burch, Porter & Johnson in 2008, Ms. Daniel served as law clerk to the Honorable David R. Farmer, Western Section of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, for two years. Ms. Daniel is a graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the University of Memphis Law Review in her third year. Since graduating from law school, she has returned to the University of Memphis to teach Legal Methods as an Adjunct Professor. Ms. Daniel is a member of the firm's corporate and transactional group.
