Sam Barnes Coleman

Sam Barnes Coleman III joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2025 as an attorney in our Brentwood Office. His current areas of practice are Insurance Defense and Workers’ Compensation law. Sam was born and raised in Rutherford County, Tennessee and moved to Nashville in 2020. In 2017, Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mississippi. While in college, Sam interned for the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee majority staff under Senator Bob Corker. Additionally, Sam studied international law at King’s College in London, England. In 2020, Sam earned his Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law. Sam lives in Nashville with his wife Sloane and enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans.
