Aimee C. Slusher

Aimee C. Slusher is a founding partner in Skelton Slusher Barnhill Watkins Wells PLLC and is a native of Lufkin, Texas. Ms. Slusher has been practicing law in the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate and business law since 1994. She has prepared estate plans for individuals with taxable and non-taxable estates, and she has represented families in the probate of wills and administration of estates, both taxable and non-taxable. Ms. Slusher has also completed numerous commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of shopping center developers in the sale, purchase and development of real property. She has extensive experience in the formation of business entities, including corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, professional associations and professional corporations, as well as Establishing non-profit organizations, including assisting in the preparation of applications for exempt status with the IRS. Ms. Slusher was previously a partner in the Zeleskey Law Firm for 13 years and previously worked as an associate at Walsh, Akins & Davis in Round Rock, Texas.
