Alison Bloom is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions, estate planning & probate, and optimization of business structures for tax and business law. She is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law in Texas and is dedicated to assisting clients to achieve their estate planning goals. Alison assists clients with tax and succession planning, using her experience and knowledge gained from a post-graduate master of laws degree in taxation.
