Anthony J. Fusco

I have worked with the firm of David K. Sergi & Associates in one capacity or another, since 2002. During my time as an attorney, I have worked on everything from misdemeanor criminal cases to capital appellate litigation. Most of my practice is devoted to representing individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies in the county and district courts of Hays, Travis, and the surrounding counties. In addition to criminal defense, a fair amount of my time is spent on appellate work, both criminal and civil, at the state and federal level. As a criminal defense attorney, it is my sole objective to provide the best legal representation possible to those who find themselves in need of a criminal attorney. In addition to my work as a criminal attorney, I also serve as the presiding municipal court judge in a neighboring county. I have lived and worked in Central Texas since 1992. San Marcos is a truly unique city and I am proud to call it home. When I am not working, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, scuba diving, and motorcycling.
