Brett Stecklein

Brett Stecklein is a partner who focuses in commercial, non-subscription and employment litigation. He has a diverse practice that includes clients from Fortune 1000 corporations, large insurance companies and private individuals. Brett has a record of leveraging his extensive trial experience to deliver favorable outcomes and settlements for his clients. He has the experience and know-how to practice law in the State of Texas, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the federal district courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Brett graduated magna cum laude from Colorado State University and went on to earn his J.D from Southern Methodist University. While in law school, Brett was a member of the Board of Advocates and the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He shares his passion of community through his involvement with the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
