Bryan Fears

As founder of Fears Law, Christopher Bryan Fears believes the law is here to serve everyone and should be accessible to all. It’s this steadfast belief, coupled with Bryan’s entrepreneurial spirit and lifelong love of complex problem solving, that led to the creation of the firm. A first generation college graduate, Bryan received his BS in Biology from Baylor University. Bryan then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from South Texas School of Law. Bryan is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Colorado, as well as being admitted to the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern districts of the US Federal Court in Texas and the US District court in Colorado. As a high school and college student Bryan worked in his South Texas hometown steel mill and even spent a summer on an off-shore oil rig. Bryan and his family are passionate philanthropists who give back to the community by supporting various environmental, educational, and performing and visual arts non-profit organizations. When he’s not practicing law and helping others, Bryan is an avid runner and is proud to have completed the New York Marathon. In their down time, Bryan, his wife, and two sons enjoy being outdoors at their countryside farm in Murchison, Texas.
