About Bryce Griffin

Bryce is a long-time Texas resident who moved to Waco, Texas in 2016 to begin his studies at Baylor University. A recipient of the Baylor 2 Baylor Law Scholarship, Bryce knew from an early age that he wanted to practice law. Bryce graduated magna cum laude from Baylor with his Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Political Science in 2020 as a Phi Beta Kappa Honor Student. Bryce stayed in Waco and started his journey in law the following year at Baylor University School of Law on a full-ride scholarship. During his time at Baylor, Bryce completed the heralded Practice Court Program, preparing him for all modes and manners of litigation. However, it was the field of oil and gas that truly grabbed his attention and interest. He is a recent graduate of the Class of 2023 and was licensed to practice law in the state of Texas that same year. Bryce is the newest member of the McCarn, Weir, & Sherwood Attorneys at Law team, and his practice focuses on oil and gas title examinations, oil and gas transactions, and oil and gas property issues. When not practicing law, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife and their first child. He also spends a good amount of time reading and writing, playing board games, and solving crossword puzzles (in pen, of course).
