Charles A. Sturm is the founding partner of Sturm Law PLLC, he worked in the Austin office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and for Caddell & Chapman in Houston. Mr. Sturm has been selected as a "Texas Rising Star" by Texas Monthly magazine two years in a row, in 2004 and 2005. According to Texas Monthly magazine, Texas Rising Stars are "top up-and-coming" attorneys who are age 40 or younger or who have been in practice ten years or less.
