Christopher L. King

Christopher King graduated Magna Cum Laude from Abilene Christian University in 2010, married his college sweetheart Samantha, then moved to Waco, Texas to study the law. Chris earned his Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law in 2013. While at Baylor Law, Mr. King spent time at the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office, the Williamson County Prosecutor’s Office, Abilene Christian University Legal Office, Lone Star Legal Aid, and clerking for a Baylor Law Professor and a Federal Magistrate Judge in Houston, Texas. This multifaceted experience underlies Mr. King’s varied talents in the law. Throughout law school, Mr. King worked and interned for the Law Office of Robert G. Callahan, II. Their work together prepared them to forge their partnership immediately upon Chris’s licensure in 2013. Their goal is to provide affordable legal counsel for those accused of crimes, facing family legal issues, or injured in an accident. Chris is dedicated to serving his clients, including going the extra mile to ensure his client’s needs are met. When Chris is not practicing law, he spends time with his wife Samantha, their three daughters and dog, and their next-door neighbors - who also happen to be his parents. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Cen-Tex African American Chamber of Commerce since 2014, currently as the Chairman of the Board. He attends church regularly at Highland Baptist Church and loves serving in the world’s most dangerous mission field - the 6th grade classroom.
