Daniel Messenger

Daniel Messenger is a highly experienced and knowledgeable attorney who specializes in Disability Law. He received his undergraduate degree in political science and philosophy from Texas State and his J.D. degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. During his time in law school, he served as an editor for the Animal Law Review and as a board member for the Public Interest Law Project. Daniel has a wide range of legal practice areas, including immigration law, corporate law, veterans affairs, animal law, voir dire and class-action litigation. He also worked as a chief researcher for a legal academic specializing in VA topics. Prior to law school, Daniel worked as a third-generation farmer on a cattle farm in Tennessee. He has mentored and tutored youth in after-school programs, and volunteered for animal welfare organizations. In 2017, he joined the Texas disability law firm of Bemis, Roach & Reed, where he focuses exclusively on Disability Law, particularly Social Security disability. Daniel is known for his compassion for his clients, exceptional legal knowledge, and comprehensive case preparation. He is considered one of the top young attorneys in the state for appealing denied disability claims and has become an essential asset to one of the leading disability firms in Texas.
