Elizabeth McKim Broussard

Elizabeth McKim Broussard earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her juris doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law. Elizabeth maintains a transactional practice with an emphasis on real estate transactions, corporation and business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate asset sales, purchases and transfers, wills, and probate and estate administration. Elizabeth also represents and advises local government units including port and navigation districts. Elizabeth is a proud native of Southeast Texas and enjoys helping her local clients and serving in her community. She has built a reputation for being thorough, diligent, and efficient when performing tasks and for being patient, personable, and persistent when working with people on both sides of the table.
