Eric M. Van Horn

Eric joined Diamond McCarthy in September 2006. Prior to joining, Eric served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Leif M. Clark, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio. During law school, Eric served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Frank R. Monroe, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas in Austin. Eric's practice focuses on bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and complex commercial and business litigation.
