I am a divorce attorney who is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialists, and a managing attorney of the Family Department at the Plano Office of Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law. Not only am I a dedicated lawyer but I am also a dedicated family's man and member of the community. I understand the stress, time and responsibilities of raising a family in my North Dallas community. I have been married for 25 years, I am raising two children who are attending Brentfield Elementary and J.J. Pearce High School. Bailey & Galyen practices in many areas of law and can provide our clients with expertise in many areas. I have been practicing law for 27 years, I am licensed in Texas, California, and Pennsylvania, and I am Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I have vast experience in custody litigation, property division litigation, divorce, mediation, examination of complex financial documents, valuing and dividing business entities and interests, real estate division, mineral rights, partition agreements, along with the myriad of issues that surface in family law. There simply is no case too complex that myself and Bailey & Galyen cannot handle.
