About Graham Taylor

Graham Taylor is an attorney who represents clients in trials and litigation throughout Texas. Graham’s practice primarily involves the protection of property rights for clients whose properties are being impacted by condemning authorities in eminent domain. Graham has represented his clients in court and at special commissioners’ hearings. He has also successfully mediated and settled dozens of cases outside of trial. Graham’s passion for constitutional rights does not end in the courtroom. In addition to representing clients full-time, he is an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas where he currently teaches Constitutional Law and Environmental Law. Graham is also assistant coach of the University of St. Thomas Mock Trial Team. Graham earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2018. During his second year, Graham earned the Lex Award for the highest grade in his legal writing course and clerked with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas, where he worked on complex medical fraud cases. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas (Texas) in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science and with distinction as the Outstanding Student in Political Science. Graham is licensed in Texas and is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, Christian Legal Society, the Catholic Bar Association, and the St. Thomas More Society.
