Greg M. Dykeman

Greg Dykeman has practiced civil trial law in Southeast Texas for over 40 years, representing both individuals and businesses in high stakes disputes. He is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has tried more than 100 jury trials in state and federal courts. His practice includes False Claims Act litigation, particularly representing relators in Qui Tam actions, as well as commercial and contract disputes, business torts, probate and fiduciary litigation, and real estate and construction cases. Mr. Dykeman’s False Claims Act experience includes matters involving defense contracting, inflated pharmaceutical pricing, and logistics fraud, with total recoveries exceeding 65 million dollars. Outside of that work, he regularly handles ownership disputes, breach of contract cases, and litigation between partners, shareholders, and other stakeholders. His experience covers both trial and appellate courts. He is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Dykeman is frequently appointed by judges to serve as a mediator or special master in complex civil matters. He has served the legal profession through roles on the District 3 Grievance Committee for the State Bar of Texas, including as Chairman, and the State Bar Professionalism Committee, where he received the President’s Recognition Award. He is a past President of the Jefferson County Bar Association, the Jefferson County Bar Foundation, and the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association. He is also an Eagle Scout.
