Haley Devaney

Ms. Devaney devoted her legal career to represent clients in complex business litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. Ms. Devaney's practice areas also encompass, without limitations: employment matters, securities disputes, contract and fraud disputes, professional malpractice, construction law, financial services, and transactional matters. She has litigated in state courts throughout Texas and has represented clients on both sides of the docket. Ms. Devaney was born in Bakersfield, California. She attended UC San Diego as an undergraduate and earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law. As a law student, she was a member of Hastings Business Law Journal, Hastings Trial Law Association, and UC Hastings Business Law Society. She previously served as an intern for the Kern County District Attorney's office, and as a law clerk for a premier insurance defense litigation firm serving business and insurance communities across the U.S. and around the world.
