About Jason S. Scott

Mr. Scott is a partner of Osborne, Helman, Scott, Knisely & Stanton, LLP. He focuses his practice on fiduciary litigation, including trust, estate, partnership and guardianship disputes, representing parties on both sides of the docket. Mr. Scott also advises settlors, trustees, protectors, and asset holders in high value disputes related to international trusts and asset protection structures. Additionally, Mr. Scott represents charitable organizations in a wide variety of controversies and mediates disputes involving trust, estate, and guardianship issues. Mr. Scott is a frequent speaker on fiduciary litigation topics both at home and abroad.
