Jeff K. Heck

Jeff K. Heck merged his litigation practice with the Saunders Law Firm in February 2001. Prior to merging with the firm he was a founding partner of Wallace & Heck, L.L.P. where he practiced primarily in the area of plaintiff's personal injury trial work. He has handled hundreds of cases for the injured people of east Texas and now practices in a variety of civil litigation areas including insurance defense. Jeff has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1994. He is also licensed to practice in the Federal Courts for the Eastern District of Texas. In 1984 Jeff graduated with honors from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri with a bachelor's degree in education. He also attended Tyler Junior College and the University of Texas at Tyler. Jeff graduated from Baylor University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1994. Jeff is a member of the Smith County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Jeff and his wife of 21 years, Tammy, have three children. In his free time you can find Jeff coaching one of his three sons athletic teams or working outside on his farm.
