Jeffrey E. Grell

Jeff Grell graduated from Augustana College in 1987 and from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1990. He joined the firm in 1993. His practice is focused on RICO, fraud, deceptive trade practices, class actions, and other complex commercial and financial issues. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, teaching a course entitled "Civil RICO"; author of the related textbook, Grell on Civil RICO; and developer of the Web site RICOACT.COM. Jeff has served as an expert for reporters from various media who are covering RICO events, including The National Review, The National Law Journal, Investor Business Daily, La Presse, and Voice of America.
