Jessica P. Blacklock

Jessica Blacklock's practice encompasses all aspects of corporate and securities law. Ms. Blacklock is principally engaged in public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities compliance matters, debt financings and general corporate matters. Her representations include' issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings, 144A offerings and shelf registrations companies in public and private mergers and joint ventures investment funds targeting investments in domestic and international real estate assets public and private companies in debt financings public and private companies with respect to securities law compliance and organizational and governance issues start-up companies with respect to formation, corporate governance and capital raising. Ms. Blacklock received her B.B.A. with high honors in finance from the Business Honors Program in 2002 and her J.D. with honors in 2005 from the University of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association. In addition, Ms. Blacklock provides pro bono legal services to Texas C-Bar.
