Jose M. Luzarraga

Jose Luzarraga focuses his nationwide product liability litigation practice on claims involving business litigation, toxic torts such as asbestos and benzene, personal injury defense, warranty, and breach of contract. He has tried to verdict several multi-million dollar cases in a variety of trial and appellate courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums. His clients include some of the country's most well-known automotive manufacturers, airline companies, energy corporations, real estate developers, appraisers and insurers. Clients rely on Jose for his extensive first-chair trial experience, where has taken to verdict several high-profile commercial litigation cases and has represented clients in prosecuting and defending claims involving contract disputes, fraud cases, insurance coverage issues and intellectual property disputes. Jose has also obtained verdicts and summary judgments in multiple SUV rollover cases, seat belt and wrongful death claims, as well as catastrophic injury claims. From 1994-1995, Jose served as briefing attorney to Justice Craig Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas and formerly served as the Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law.
