Kevin Maraist is a partner in the Firm and practices in the Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights and Litigation sections. He is a 1988 cum laude graduate of University of Houston Law Center and a member of The Order of the Coif. He has over 32 years experience in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, business litigation, collection and foreclosure matters throughout Texas. He has been continuously certified in business bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1995. He is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in Texas. He is a cum laude graduate of Lamar University with a B.B.A in Finance.
