Kyle Shortall

Kyle Shortall was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After high school, Kyle attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a degree in Economics with a minor in Business. He obtained his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. Kyle has almost 21 years of experience representing individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. He started his legal career in 2001 joining a firm in Dallas, Texas, which included representing large corporations in high stakes complex litigation all over the country. His background representing defendants has given him the knowledge and perspective to anticipate strategies of those representing the opposing party. His goal is to be a staunch advocate for his clients and to efficiently resolve cases through direct negotiations, alternative dispute resolution or trial. Kyle specializes in personal injury claims involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, pedestrian accidents, dog attacks, and other injury claims. Outside of the office Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys – his time is spent coaching and attending various sporting events of his children (football, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, competitive cheer, and basketball). When time permits, he enjoys family vacations.
