L. Stephen Franscini V

Mr. Franscini has centered his practice on serving clients in Probate and Estate Administration, Guardianship, and Estate Planning matters. Recognizing the difficulties surrounding planning for death and incapacity, Mr. Franscini treats every client matter with great care and attention, striving to ensure the client's needs and goals are met. An Arlington native, Mr. Franscini has spent his entire life in the Metroplex area. Mr. Franscini received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 2010 and earned his J.D. from the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2014. While in law school, Mr. Franscini served as President of the Tax and Estate Planning Legal Organization. When not practicing law, Mr. Franscini enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife Kari, son Luke, dog Kegan, and their family.
