Larry W. Johnson

Larry Johnson is a member in Cobb Martinez Woodward PLLC. His practice primarily centers around the representation of professionals in real estate and construction matters. By way of example, Mr. Johnson defends professionals such as architects, engineers, real estate agents, surveyors, contractors, code consultants, inspectors, mortgage brokers and title companies in litigation matters. Mr. Johnson also represents other clients including Insurance Agents and Attorneys. Project owners and builders, municipalities, lenders, and franchisees/franchisors in a variety of commercial disputes. Successfully obtained dismissals of lawsuits against real estate agents in lawsuits claiming negligent misrepresentation, fraud and violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Obtained favorable settlements of claims against architects and engineers in lawsuits claiming breach of contract for allegedly defective conditions at construction sites. Obtained dismissal of lawsuit against civil engineer for negligence and construction defects. Obtained dismissal of lawsuit against lender for statutory and common law state and federal claims.
