About Leah Davis
Leah moved to the Texas Panhandle in the summer of 2016 after marrying a local farmer. Having grown up on a farm in Southwest Kansas, moving to the Panhandle felt a lot like moving home – friendly people, wide-open spaces, and magnificent sunsets. Leah and her husband, Wade, have two young daughters. Prior to having children, Leah enjoyed travelling, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Now, most of her time outside of the office is dedicated to caring for the immediate needs of her family, but as they gain more independence, Leah hopes to return to some of her former pursuits. Leah focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, special needs trusts, and business succession planning. She chose this practice area because she walked through the estate planning process with friends and family, which included establishing a special needs trust for her own brother. She understands the long-term emotional and financial concerns of families who are wrestling with how best to care for their most vulnerable members. Additionally, with her personal connections to farmers, Leah has real-life insight and experience with the challenges farming and ranching families face in the estate planning context.
