Linyu Liu

Linyu (Veronica) Liu is a personal injury and civil litigation attorney recognized for her professionalism, energy, and dedication to clients. She brings a strong foundation from her work as a law clerk and legal researcher, gaining hands-on experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery, preparing medical and financial summaries, and assisting with mediations, depositions, and court proceedings. Before entering the legal field, Linyu worked as a Senior Auditor at the Bank of Montreal in Toronto, Canada, and later expanded her legal skills as an in-house counsel in Shanghai, China. Her analytical background and diversified, broad perspective enhance her ability to approach personal injury and litigation matters with clarity and precision. Linyu earned her J.D. from New York Law School as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. She also holds a Master of Data Management Analytics from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, Canada, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Global Commerce from Western University, Canada. She is fluent in Mandarin and certified as an advanced mediator in Texas. Outside of work, Linyu enjoys traveling, exploring Houston’s food scene, and spending time with family.
