Marc J. Magids

Marc J. Magids is Of Counsel with De Lange Hudspeth. For more than 30 years Marc was associated with Zukowski, Bresenhan & Piazza LLP. Marc is a proud native Houstonian. He obtained his B.A. at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and then returned home to Houston to obtain his J.D. degree at the University of Houston Law Center. Marc has been practicing law for more than 40 years. His law practice is truly a general practice with primary focus in real estate, probate, trusts, wills, and estate planning; business, corporate, and commercial law, bankruptcy, collections, and general civil litigation. Marc is of the firm belief that no case or matter is too large or too small to handle. His many clients include individuals from all walks of life, small and medium-sized businesses and entities, as well as publicly traded corporations. Marc is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Texas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits and the United Stated Supreme Court.
