Mark A. Ticer

Mark Ticer is recognized as one of the state’s preeminent attorneys in matters involving insurance claims and coverage disputes on behalf of businesses and individuals. While primarily representing policyholders, his experience includes working with insurers, claims representatives, agents and agencies. He also represents clients in claims involving health insurance, life insurance, and disability benefits. In every case, Mark seeks to empower his clients with knowledge and information so they understand the process and issues and can make the decisions that are best for them. Believing every professional should be held accountable in instances of negligence and malpractice, and defended when appropriate, Mark is well-known for advocacy in professional liability claims on both sides of the docket. This experience has led to Mark serving as an expert witness in matters involving ethical considerations, breach of fiduciary duty, and malpractice, and he has frequently written and lectured on the topic.
