Marvin J. Wanner

Marvin Wanner is a board certified estate planning and probate attorney. He also focuses on helping clients with business and tax planning, in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities, as well as with the purchase and sale of businesses. His practice includes elder law, veterans' benefits, real estate transactions, foreclosures, trusts, and asset protection planning. Marvin attended the College of Charleston and the University of North Dakota, where he graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He obtained his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1979. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. Marvin is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, the United Stales District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court. He is a trained mediator, and past president of the Corpus Christi Bankruptcy Association. His first novel, Fatal Practice, was published in 2001.
