Megan Carter

Megan Carter is an intellectual property attorney who represents a wide range of clients in procuring and protecting their intellectual property. Her practice encompasses patent preparation, prosecution and enforcement to include global portfolio management, freedom-to-operate analysis, clearance searches, invalidity analysis, and infringement analysis/litigation; trademark preparation and prosecution; and trade secret and confidential information protection. Megan has years of experience working in intellectual property at large, world-class law firms. Megan has a B.S. Engineering from Texas Tech University and her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was on law review. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the Texas bar.
