Mr. Matthew Duke

Mr. Matthew Duke is an expert in finding efficient solutions for his clients’ legal issues. Matt enjoys problem-solving and helping people–practicing law allows him to do both, while indulging his penchant for research. Matt’s primary practice areas focus on issues relating to transactional and business law and estate planning. With experience as in-house counsel, Matt has the insight to navigate the issues a company might face, ranging from formation to wind-down plans, as well as the day-to-day issues that occur in the interim. Matt strives to find win-win results for his clients and enjoys finding creative solutions to seemingly insurmountable problems. While serving as in-house counsel for a medium-sized bank, Matt created and managed a subsidiary company that made over $1MM in profit within its first year.
