About Nick Victor
Nick Victor brings extensive commercial litigation experience to his condemnation practice at McFarland PLLC. He draws on that experience to find creative solutions that put landowners in the best position possible to obtain optimal results. Nick’s experience in the courtroom, including a recent bench trial that resulted in a $2.4 million judgment for his client, allows him to stand up for landowners and maximize outcomes against governments and public use entities acquiring private property. Nick grew up in Dallas and earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at Yale University where he lettered all four years on the varsity basketball team and earned All-Ivy Academic honors. While in law school, Nick dedicated a significant amount of time to the Innocence Clinic, where he assisted Dallas County inmates claiming actual innocence.
