Patrick McGuire

Patrick McGuire is a skilled trial lawyer passionate about criminal defense. He has extensive experience handling complex felonies including murder, drug trafficking, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, possession of controlled substances, arson and felony firearm cases including all types of misdemeanors. Mr. McGuire brings his trial experience as a former felony prosecutor, and exceptional knowledge of the law. He has special ATF and arson certification training. Mr. McGuire graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law. Mr. McGuire was a Chief of the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic, a Law Clerk at Udashen Anton, and a Judicial Extern for Judge Christine A. Nowak, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas.
