Rachel Beard

Rachel Beard is a Litigation Attorney, born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She interned with the Atlanta Bar Association, where she learned firsthand the importance of representation for Personal Injury clients. Determined to pursue a career as a Personal Injury Attorney, Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, in 2017 from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. After graduation, she moved to Houston, Texas, to study law at the South Texas College of Law Houston in 2018. She received her J.D. and passed the bar in 2021. Rachel further developed her interest in Personal Injury Law and began representing clients against insurance companies. She fights daily to ensure her clients are compensated for the negligence of big corporations across the United States. In addition to aggressively representing her clients, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, discovering new cuisines and restaurants, and working out.
