About Rand A Mintzer
My 25 years of significant legal experience give me the knowledge and capability to build the strongest defense for my clients. My goal is to do all I can to help my clients to achieve their goals. Clients all over the Houston area come to me when they are facing charges ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. I am experienced in all areas of criminal law including DWI, violent crimes, narcotics charges, weapons charges, theft crimes, fraud, juvenile law, and much more. I focus on defending the rights and freedom of each and every one of my clients. My goal is to vigorously defend my clients against any and all charges they face. My clients always receive direct and personal attention on every part of their case. They will always receive a clear assessment of the potential consequences of their charges so they can make informed decisions. Since plea negotiations are not always in the best interest of a client, I stand ready to vigorously prepare for all court appearances. In addition to my criminal defense practice, I run a personal injury practice where I regularly address medical and forensic issues, accident reconstruction matters and insurance claims.
