Ray J. Black Jr.

I began my legal career in Fort Worth as a briefing attorney for the Honorable Hal Lattimore. As a briefing attorney, I was charged with reviewing, analyzing and, at times, criticizing cases after they were concluded. That invaluable experience affords me the ability to represent my clients from a unique perspective. When advising clients in probate, trust, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation matters, I draw from my early career experience to map out and fully explain how a case may develop from beginning to end, including the appeal. With a thorough game plan in place, my clients are better prepared to make important strategic decisions throughout the life of their case. In many instances, this allows clients to keep their legal costs in check.
