About Ruben Cardenas
Ruben Cardenas is a civil litigation associate practicing eminent domain matters. His practice focuses on representing property owners facing condemnation and ensuring their property rights are protected. A proud native of the small border town of Del Rio, Texas, Ruben learned early on the value of hard work and helping your community.
