Scott Gilbert

Scott Gilbert is an associate at The Hoelke Law Firm P.L.L.C. He focuses his practice on debt and credit card cases as well as wills and probate law matters in Boerne, Texas. He is highly experienced in civil law matters such as estate planning and probate, personal injury and debt defense. Before obtaining his Texas legal license in 2018, Mr. Gilbert served the health care industry for several years. He holds an MD in medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Additionally, he is board-certified in otolaryngology as well as in facial plastic surgery by The University of Connecticut Health Center and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, respectively. With a background in the health care industry, Mr. Gilbert has gained a unique perspective and empathy. Now, he utilizes these qualities to effectively understand his clients and advocate for their rights. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2004.
