About Scott Miller
Scott Miller serves his clients in the fields of real estate, banking, mortgage lending, commercial, general business law, and creditor representation in bankruptcy matters. Scott began his legal career as an in-house attorney for a farm and ranch bank in East Texas. This experience built on his extensive retail banking experience over a period of ten years. Prior to law school, he worked in various positions at a major financial institution serving as a loan officer, banking center manager and regional manager responsible for over thirty banking centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He also served as an escrow officer for a national title insurance underwriter. Scott regularly provides representation to banks, mortgage lenders and title companies throughout East Texas. He resides in Longview, Texas with his wife, Stefanie, and their three children.
