Shane McClelland

Shane represents clients throughout Katy, Harris and Ford Bend Counties, the greater Houston metropolitan area, and throughout Texas, Colorado, and Nebraska in personal injury cases. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation. Shane advocates on behalf of his clients, where the negligence of others has caused them harm. Shane represents people injured in motor vehicle crashes, truck collisions, construction site injuries, oil field disasters, and premises liability matters. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and state courts in Colorado and Nebraska.
