Shelby Spurgin

Shelby is an associate attorney who primarily practices in the areas of civil insurance defense and personal injury law. As a native of Tyler, Texas, Shelby graduated from Tyler Legacy High School before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee in 2022. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York in 2025, where she was a member of the Syracuse Law Review. Shelby is proud to be back in her hometown serving the East Texas community. Outside of the office, she enjoys taking long walks with her fiancé, Drake, and their dog, Ghost. She also loves traveling, relaxing on the beach, and spending quality time with friends and family.
