Timothy J. Reidy

As an associate at the firm, Tim focuses his practice on eminent domain litigation. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has defended landowners against federal, state, and local condemning authorities taking residential, commercial, and rural properties for infrastructure projects that include highway expansions, water transmission pipelines, natural gas pipelines, and electric transmission lines. Tim's previous experience in environmental and administrative law has provided him with a unique insight into condemnation cases initiated by public utilities. Tim received his undergraduate degree in 2002 from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Tim earned his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2005, graduating with a concentration in Administrative Practice.
