Troy D. Bolen

Troy D. Bolen is an associate attorney at Bollier Ciccone Stinson LLP. He focuses his practice on construction litigation and real estate law. With a strategic legal mind and extensive experience, Troy brings a proven track record of crafting and executing successful legal approaches to achieve favorable client outcomes. Troy earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in History from the University of Texas at Austin. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado. Prior to joining Bollier Ciccone Stinson LLP, Troy honed his skills at several prestigious law firms, where he was intensively involved in cases involving construction defects, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation. Troy also founded and managed his own practice, The Law Offices of Troy D. Bolen, P.L.L.C., specializing in construction defect litigation, real estate law, and commercial litigation. His experience extends to his time at The Fowler Law Firm, P.C., where he led a team of attorneys in developing and executing complex legal initiatives. Troy is committed to giving back to his community. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for Hill Country Pop Warner and is an Approved Foster Parent for Gold Ribbon Rescue, Inc.
