W. David Carter

David Carter's practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, primarily in federal court. He has served as lead attorney and local counsel for plaintiffs and defendants, including a number of Fortune 100 companies. He has successfully litigated anti-trust cases, intellectual property disputes, class actions, tobacco litigation and False Claims Act cases. He also has extensive experience in catastrophic personal injury, product liability and unfair insurance practice cases.
