
About Will McCoy
Will McCoy is an associate at Bollier Ciccone Stinson LLP, focusing his practice on construction and real estate law. Will earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2023, where he was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society. Prior to law school, he received his B.S. in Renewable Natural Resource Management from Texas A&M University in 2018. His experience in litigation and on-site investigations translates effectively to construction and real estate matters. Will’s legal acumen was further honed during his time as an SEC Honors Intern and as a clerk for Judge Mark Pittman at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. These experiences provided him with invaluable insights into court procedures and litigation strategies. During law school, Will conducted an independent study under Jim Wren, the Leon Jaworski Chair of Practice and Procedure at Baylor Law, authoring a guide on specific personal jurisdiction in Texas.
