William B. Graham

Will Graham is a former Harris County assistant district attorney who practices in white-collar criminal litigation. As a prosecutor, he served in the Trial Bureau and Environmental Crimes Division and prosecuted hundreds of individuals and business entities. Since then, Mr. Graham has practiced civil and criminal environmental litigation as well. He was part of a team that served as special counsel to the State of New Jersey in pursuing remediation costs and other damages associated with the Passaic River. William is Of Counsel.
